Spicy Watermelon Gazpacho

This months feature soup is a light and delicious Spicy Watermelon Gazpacho. Cool sweet watermelon is blended with cucumbers, red peppers, tomatoes, red onions and chilli peppers for a bit of kick! Best enjoyed with a drizzle of olive oil, crumbled feta cheese and Kalamata olives. Gluten free. Dairy free. Vegan.
